Thomas Jefferson was born on April 13th, 1743 in Shadwell, Virginia. His mother was Jane Randolph and his unwrap was Peter Jefferson. He was a planter and surveyor. Jefferson was multi-talented. He was a lawyer, agronomist, musician, scientist, philosopher, author, architect, inventor, and statesman. Jefferson inherited slaves from his father and father-in law. Jefferson ran for president in 1796 and disoriented to put-on Q. Adams. He ended up running for guilt President. Again, he ran for president in 1801 and won the presidential campaign. He served for two terms. In 1808, Jefferson retired from office. After that, he got in contact lens with his old friend, James Madison former president, who helped him establish the University of Virginia.
